Invitation of excellent employees of Vietnam corporation.
MCNEX conducted a Korean training program to increase a sense of belonging and loyalty by encouraging excellent employees who showed good performance in Vietnam and providing opportunities to experience Korean culture.
The 'Excellent Employee Invitation Korea Training Program', which was held from October 12 to October 15, invited excellent employees who set a good example for others with their diligence and sincerity working in a Vietnamese subsidiary to visit the headquarters to enhance their understanding of the company, especially R&D From production to sales, the quality management process that has taken root in all business sites can be directly observed and a quality mindset can be raised.
